The setup is a single unit with electronic components and a switching panel. The unit has three identical sets, each of which includes an integrator, adder, multiplier and variable resistor. The integrator has two inputs with different coefficients (1 and 10), an input of initial conditions and two outputs with different signs. The adder has two inputs with coefficients of 1 and 0.5. Three buttons are used to set the operating modes "Initial conditions", "Start" (integration) and "Stop". Power is supplied from a standard 220 volt network. The unit contains a microcontroller used to change the operating modes of the integrators, indication, digitalization of two channels of analog data and their transmission to the computer via the USB interface. The external computer performs visualization functions.

The setup can simulate linear and nonlinear systems of ordinary differential equations up to the third order. The setup introduces the modern element base of analog computing technology, gives an idea of ​​electromechanical analogy, and allows modeling effects in nonlinear mechanical systems.

The setup is supplied with a programmed controller, a description of the protocol for interaction between an external computer and the controller, and a demonstration program that visualizes two selected analog signals.
